It seems from the minimal published documents that press and public are being excluded so whatever is discussed will be discussed in secret.
The only clue as to what the meeting is about is this:

‘Senior review’? Wossatthen?
This a report by Human Resources and, at a guess, this would seem to indicate that it is a reshuffle of senior council officers? What’s secret about that?
